- Registration of the labor leasing company in the SWF online portal
- No economic affiliation between the labor leasing company and the educational institution
- Educational institution must have concluded the SWF framework agreement
- No funding in the first month of employment or for marginally employed persons in the first three months

Description
The funding supports temporary agency workers throughout Austria in vocational training and further education in accordance with § 3 of the SWF Service Regulations and aims to sustainably enhance deployability and qualification. A prerequisite is an uninterrupted employment relationship throughout the entire funding period as well as the timely payment of contributions by the temporary employment agency company via the SWF online portal. Applications can be submitted continuously via the SWF portal until December 31, 2025. The grant is provided as a supplementary payment to continuing education allowance, part-time education allowance, or skilled worker scholarship and ceases as soon as the benefit entitlement ends. E-learning offerings are only funded in justified exceptional cases.
Course and examination fees, material costs, various fees, as well as wage and salary costs up to €7,000 per year of employment or €3,500 per month of further education within a project duration of up to twelve months are eligible for funding. Required documents include, among others, the registration of the institution in the SWF portal, a current company register excerpt and business license upon initial registration, the educational institution’s offer, signed funding and data protection forms, employment contracts in accordance with § 12 AÜG, as well as wage/salary statements before and during the measure. A written approval from the SWF is necessary before the course start. Upon completion, participation confirmations, certificates or diplomas, and if applicable, AMS benefit proofs must be uploaded for billing. By combining financial support and practice-oriented qualification offerings, the program contributes to increasing labor market participation and securing employment prospects.
