Training Support / basecamp (JOBLINGE Foundation)

The JOBLINGE Foundation offers a free and nationwide support program for trainees and prospective trainees through the Training Support / basecamp initiative. The goal of this program is to prevent dropouts and to enable successful completion as well as a seamless transition into employment. To this end, basecamp provides a comprehensive range of services at multiple locations: from subject-specific tutoring and exam preparation to personal counseling and workshops on social skills and digital learning formats. Participants also benefit from an active network of like-minded individuals, experts, and companies that fosters exchange and supports individual concerns.

Participation is open to all those interested in training—regardless of whether they have already been placed through the JOBLINGE program. The continuous enrollment allows for flexible integration into the training process. In addition to on-site events, basecamp offers extensive online formats, including webinars, self-learning modules, and virtual consultation hours. With its holistic concept combining academic support, practice-relevant workshops, and intensive supervision, the program sustainably strengthens participants’ professional and personal competencies. The nationwide availability and online options also ensure access in rural areas. Thanks to the subsidy from the JOBLINGE Foundation, the program is free of charge for all trainees and can be accessed at any time.
