The AWO Hospice and Palliative Care Fund of the AWO-with-Heart Foundation supports projects in hospices, palliative care services, and elderly care facilities of the AWO District Association Hannover e.V. in Lower Saxony in an uncomplicated and timely manner. The focus is on the individual support of seriously ill and dying people as well as strengthening their relatives.
