Description

The three-day online training "Gifted Education Specialist" imparts practical knowledge for the early identification and individual support of highly gifted children in everyday daycare settings. In compact live sessions (each from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), fundamentals of giftedness, observation methods, differentiation from ADHD and autism, enrichment strategies, as well as impulses for successful collaboration with parents and interdisciplinary teams are conveyed. The Kleine Füchse Raule Foundation covers the nationwide course costs of €350, so each participant only incurs a registration fee of €30. Upon successful completion, all graduates receive a certificate qualifying them as gifted education specialists.

Funding is provided for educators, social assistants, and management staff from daycare centers who fully and actively participate in all modules and apply the learned methods in their own work environment. Funding applications can be submitted at any time as long as places are available; decisions are made in writing. A completed funding application must be submitted as proof, after which the participation confirmation is sent and registration with one of the experienced instructors is possible. With this further training, educational professionals not only gain greater confidence in dealing with giftedness but also make a significant contribution to equal opportunities and professional support in early childhood education.
