Benefit Concert "Womens Hope International"

Funding of the benefit concert “Womens Hope International” in Burgenland by the Department for Women, Anti-Discrimination and Equality of the State of Burgenland supports a culturally high-quality event with an emancipatory character. The program aims to promote the advancement of women and equality, reduce existing injustices, and highlight the life achievements of women in Burgenland. The concert combines artistic quality with social relevance and creates space for a sustainable dialogue on gender justice in the fields of culture, work, and social affairs.

Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations, interest groups, associations, as well as initiatives or groups by and for women who independently plan and implement the benefit concert. Applications can be submitted at any time without a deadline, provided that the overall financing is largely secured before the project begins. Approval is granted in the form of non-repayable grants, either as a one-time payment or in installments for larger projects. Subsidy funds must be used exclusively for the applied project and any project changes must be reported immediately. The funding application of the Department for Women, Anti-Discrimination and Equality must be submitted for the application. This continuous funding opportunity offers initiators the chance to set long-term women’s policy and cultural highlights with the support of a strong partnership with the State of Burgenland.
