Day structuring and supportive measures to promote and stabilize the resources of mentally impaired individuals until the restoration of self-determined living and the assurance of the best possible quality of life, including vocational support. Objectives: psychosocial stabilization, improvement of practical life skills, enhancement of the current psychosocial condition, reintegration into the social environment, and preparation for integration into the workforce as a preliminary stage to vocational rehabilitation.

Description
The funding program "Employment in Facilities for People with Mental Disabilities" in Styria is aimed at non-profit organizations and companies that operate private disability facilities and have a written service contract with the Styrian State Government. This open-ended grant measure supports day-structuring and stabilizing services for people with acute or chronic mental or psychiatric impairments and psychosocial problems.
