Brandenburg Credit Care

Brandenburg Care Loan enables municipally influenced companies, non-profit organizations including churches, as well as public institutions in Brandenburg to realize modern care infrastructure. With a funding rate of 100%, the program offers low-interest loans ranging from €50,000 (outpatient) or €200,000 (inpatient) up to €2,000,000 per project. Investments are supported in the development and expansion of day, night, and short-term care services, the new construction and conversion of structural facilities for communal living arrangements with outpatient care and support services, as well as conversion and extension measures for the professional advancement of existing inpatient facilities. Furthermore, fire protection requirements, operationally necessary energy renovations, and digitization measures can be financed. Applications can be submitted continuously, provided that standard banking collateral is available.

The conditions include a 100% disbursement, terms of up to 30 years, and fixed interest rates for up to 20 years with individually negotiated interest subsidies for a maximum of ten years. Grace periods of up to five years without repayments and quarterly interest and principal payments enhance planning reliability, while processing fees are waived. Additional credit requirements may be examined on a case-by-case basis. The program aims to strengthen care and support focused on participation and self-determination through contemporary construction standards and technical upgrades. The sole contact point for applications is the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg, which implements the project in cooperation with the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Health, Women and Family.
