Description
The call is addressed to officially designated National Roma Contact Points in the EU, including public institutions, non-profit organizations, interest groups, and other associations dedicated to social cohesion as well as labor and social affairs. The aim is to support projects promoting equality, inclusion, and participation of Roma in Europe. The financial resources are provided as a 100% grant and cover all eligible activities. Applicants must be designated as National Roma Contact Points by an EU Member State and submit a detailed budget. The evaluation is based on the relevance of the proposed measures, the appropriateness of the budget, and the EU added value. Projects that demonstrably contribute to strengthening democratic values and create effective participation opportunities for Roma will be funded.
The submission period runs from 11 December 2025 until 9 April 2026, 5:00 p.m. Brussels time; project start is scheduled no earlier than 1 October 2026. The application requires the standard application form (CERV), the detailed budget table, and the declaration on the child protection policy. Applicants should carefully review the funding conditions and ensure the completeness of the documentation. This joint European initiative offers National Roma Contact Points the opportunity to establish sustainable structures to effectively support disadvantaged groups and make a significant contribution to social inclusion across the Union.
