Description
The coaching funding program in the federal state of Salzburg supports micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as Salzburg MidCaps in specifically advancing innovation and development processes through external consulting and coaching services. With a subsidy covering 50% of eligible expenses up to a maximum of €10,000 (net), external experts in the fields of innovation management, quality development, technology transfer, and product development are funded. The program runs for a maximum of 12 months and can be applied for continuously – applications may be submitted at any time before the project start. This funding thus offers a flexible framework for companies seeking to explore new potentials, design projects, and implement concrete steps.
Eligible expenses include external consulting and coaching services, technical services, as well as travel, incidental, and other costs. Approval requires that the project be implemented at the Salzburg location and that the company belongs to the manufacturing industry, technology-oriented service providers, wholesale trade with extended value creation, transport and logistics, the creative industries, architectural and engineering firms, or tourism companies. Selection is based on the criteria of innovation character, parallel execution alongside daily business, and contribution to strengthening competitiveness. To apply, offers for the planned services, a trade register excerpt from the Chamber of Commerce, and, if applicable, proof of other funding must be submitted. This targeted funding instrument supports companies in effectively integrating external expertise and sustainably enhancing their competitiveness.
