Description
The Evangelical Ludwig-Steil-Hof Foundation offers nationwide free, individual coaching according to §16k, which supports job seekers and long-term unemployed individuals in overcoming personal and professional obstacles. Within the framework of the program, all relevant areas of life – occupation and education, finances, housing, health, as well as family and social relationships – are analyzed together with trained experts, and tailored solution strategies are developed. The goal is to create sustainable concepts that strengthen personal agency and sustainably improve the chances of successful labor market integration and a stable everyday life.
The funding is aimed at private individuals with an AVGS voucher from the employment agency and is granted as a 100% subsidy. Applications can be submitted at any time once the voucher has been requested and coordinated with the foundation. Participants receive voluntary individual coaching, which is flexibly designed according to individual needs. Step by step, the coaches accompany the process from goal definition through implementation to networking with additional support services. This holistic counseling approach helps to reduce barriers and build self-determined, future-oriented perspectives.
