Coaching Pool of the Values Foundation

The free systemic coaching offered by the Werte-Stiftung is aimed at elite athletes throughout Germany who are supported by the career advisors at the Olympic training centers. Within the framework of three pro bono sessions, athletes receive professional support to strengthen their mental and personal resources, thereby optimally shaping their dual career. A precise matching process ensures that individual concerns are taken into account based on the completed self-assessment. The experts from the coaching pool complement the career advisory services and promote personality development at a high professional level.

Participation is possible at any time, provided the referral is made through a career advisor at the Olympic training centers and the self-assessment for needs analysis has been completed. Funding covers 100% of coaching services exclusively, so there are no costs for the athletes. Selection is based on the alignment of needs with the coaches’ profiles; this guarantees sustainable and individualized support.
