E-Learning for Trainees (Masters of Tomorrow)

An innovative e-learning offering from the Achtung! Kinderseele Foundation is aimed nationwide at trainees from various professional fields and promotes their mental health. Presented free of charge and in a multimedia format, nine short digital stories invite curiosity to playfully explore typical psychological burdens such as bullying, depression, eating disorders, aggression, or fears about the future. Each narrative focuses on the life world of a trainee and simultaneously conveys low-threshold assistance as well as proven coping strategies. Through these interactive learning units, psychological burdens are not only clearly explained, but pathways to tailored support options are also opened – from initial contact points to helpful discussion formats in the professional environment.

Since registration is possible at any time, participants benefit flexibly and independently of their current training status. The funding is provided as a grant and does not require any fees, as the Achtung! Kinderseele Foundation offers the entire program free of charge. The e-learning offering supports trainees in developing mindfulness for their own mental health and fosters a more open learning and working atmosphere. Experts in child and adolescent psychiatry are behind the program, ensuring that professional knowledge is conveyed in a practical manner. Accessible nationwide, this program offers a straightforward way to counteract fears, reduce burdens, and successfully complete training – entirely in the spirit of the “Masters of Tomorrow.”
