Individual Case Assistance (Community Foundation Gräfelfing)

The individual case assistance of the Gräfelfing Community Foundation supports needy residents in Bavaria when independent financing for social participation or necessary aids is not possible. Regardless of formal funding periods, applications can be submitted at any time via the official form or informally. The goal is to enable people with low incomes to participate in class trips, acquire care aids, or cover travel expenses. Unbureaucratic and prompt assistance is the priority. The urgency of the need as well as the completeness and plausibility of the submitted evidence are taken into account in the decision-making process. Eligible are persons residing in or having a personal connection to Gräfelfing, whose income or asset situation proves that self-help is excluded.

Eligible expenses include, among others, costs for aids, participation fees, and travel expenses. The foundation continuously reviews applications and grants subsidies within the framework of the statutory funds. Contributions from donors and endowers ensure a sustainable willingness to support when public benefits do not apply.
