EJW Foundation Youth•Bible•Education

The EJW Foundation Youth•Bible•Education focuses its funding specifically on educational opportunities within the Protestant Youth Work in Württemberg, thereby contributing to the strengthening of social cohesion and the democratic participation of young people. As a non-profit foundation under civil law based in Stuttgart, it continuously awards grants to private individuals, companies, foundations, and non-profit organizations. Funded are training and further education projects, programs for the qualification of volunteers, and specific fields of work such as brass band activities. Endowments—both to the general asset base and through designated funds—are possible at any time and enable the financing of personnel positions as well as the implementation of new project ideas.

The goal is to reach young people in their life contexts, strengthen them in their faith in Jesus Christ, and enable them to take on responsibility. The foundation particularly supports leaders and volunteers within the EJW, offers advice and guidance, and ensures sustainable impact through the financing of coordinators for educational measures. By orienting itself to biblical values, participants are supported in their personal development and gain practical impulses for their engagement in church and society.
