Description
The EU-wide coordination and support action ELEVATE aims to establish a "European League of Advanced Digital Skills Academies" to consolidate existing and new initiatives for high-level digital competencies. With a total budget of up to €7.2 million and a funding rate of 100%, the program supports educational institutions, non-profit organizations, companies, and public bodies in networking, accreditation, and professionalization of their offerings. The focus is on the development and piloting of a quality label for training modules, capacity building through cross-sectoral mentoring programs, in-depth market analyses, and the establishment of a multi-stakeholder governance structure. Communication and dissemination measures, events, and community-building activities promote the exchange of best practices and strengthen collaboration across the EU.
The program targets sectoral Digital Skills Academies, EU-funded education and training projects, research institutions, as well as civil society actors and companies in the Member States. Eligible expenses include personnel costs, travel expenses, material costs, as well as communication and event costs. Submitted proposals will be evaluated based on excellence, added value for the EU, and quality of project implementation. A prerequisite is the establishment or branch office in an EU or associated country as well as compliance with the admissibility conditions according to the call documents. The one-time submission deadline is March 3, 2026, with the project start expected thereafter. Interested actors must submit, among other documents, a detailed project and budget plan, CVs of key personnel, and proof of financial and operational capacity to secure funding.
