Description
Development Program "Environmental Measures, Rural Development, Agriculture, Nutrition" – Non-land and Non-animal Related Measures (VV EPLR EULLE) supports the implementation of innovative projects for rural development in Rhineland-Palatinate. Funded are environment-related, agricultural, and nutrition-related initiatives in the areas of infrastructure, agriculture & rural development, regional promotion, as well as urban development & urban renewal. Applicants such as companies, public institutions, private individuals, and cooperatives can implement non-land and non-animal related measures to strengthen environmental actions, expand basic services, and promote regional value chains.
The funding is provided as a grant for a broad spectrum of eligible expenses: knowledge transfer and information measures, consulting and management services, investments in tangible assets, reconstruction of agricultural production potential, investments for income diversification, basic services and village renewal, cooperation in operational groups, as well as LEADER management. Conditions for funding include meeting the project selection criteria of EPLR EULLE, implementation steps only after approval, secured overall financing, proof of administrative, financial, and operational capacity, expenditure period from 01.01.2014 to 30.06.2025, and compliance with binding periods. For application submission, among other documents, a letter of application, proof of financing, proof of capacity, and project selection confirmation must be provided. Deadlines depend on the individual funding calls; submission prior to project commencement is mandatory.
