Description
The ERP/Future Fund Growth Facility supports technology-oriented start-ups and high-growth companies nationwide through equity participations and venture debt financing. Funds from the ERP Special Fund as well as the Federal Future Fund are provided for venture capital and venture debt funds to strengthen the capital base of innovative companies and improve their access to financing solutions. In addition to pure capital provision, sustainable criteria are the focus in order to promote forward-looking business models and secure long-term growth prospects.
Eligible applicants are founders and established companies in Germany that rely on risk-oriented equity capital strategies. Applications can be submitted at any time, as ongoing application submission is possible. Approval is granted taking into account the technology orientation and sustainability criteria of the respective projects. The lead and processing are carried out by KfW Capital GmbH & Co. KG, a 100% subsidiary of the KfW Banking Group. Through its commitment to venture education programs and initiatives for the further development of the VC ecosystem, it ensures comprehensive support for the funded companies.
