Construction of Small Garden Residential Houses - Annuity Grants

The funding initiative establishes annuity grants for the realization of allotment garden residential houses and owner-occupied homes on leased plots in Vienna, providing financial relief over a period of ten years. Private applicants are eligible for grants, provided a valid building permit according to the Vienna Building Code and the Vienna Allotment Garden Act is available, and the requirements of the 2007 New Construction Ordinance regarding ecological standards are met.
