Description
The ESF+ program "Integrationleasing" in Vorarlberg supports the reintegration of long-term unemployed and vulnerable individuals into the regular labor market. Within the framework of a charitable labor leasing arrangement lasting up to twelve months, a temporary employment in partner companies is enabled following a preparatory education and employment phase (BBE). The focus is on socio-pedagogical support and follow-up care services to stabilize individual placement barriers. The goal is to enhance the employability of participants through targeted work training, coached job search, and close guidance by professionals, thereby achieving sustainable subsequent employment. Companies and public institutions can continuously submit applications until the funding volume is exhausted. The grant is awarded based on actual incurred costs and co-finances social security, support, and organizational expenses.
Eligibility for funding is determined by a ranking according to an evaluation framework of the Employment Pact Vorarlberg. Assessment criteria include the price-performance ratio, the quality of the concept, the qualifications and diversity experience of the personnel deployed, as well as the regional networking and ESF experience of the project sponsor. Eligible for funding are companies and public institutions based in Vorarlberg that support long-term unemployed individuals with multiple placement barriers. Required are an electronic application via IDEA, a detailed project and financing plan, a timeline and implementation plan, as well as proof of administrative, financial, and operational capacity.
