Description
ESF+ 21-27 Call Stabilization and Orientation of Youth with Placement Barriers supports the sustainable integration of young unemployed people in Vorarlberg. The goal is to strengthen and reorient professionally 15- to 24-year-olds registered with AMS Vorarlberg who have (often multiple) psychological placement barriers. The measure includes a comprehensive assessment, perspective planning, and training in vocational and work-related key qualifications. Through targeted stabilization, intensive preparation for training, qualification, and the labor market takes place. The funding is granted as a non-repayable subsidy and covers 100% of eligible costs. Eligible applicants are companies, non-profit organizations, public institutions, and educational establishments. Funding applications can be submitted via the IDEA database from 09.09.2024 as long as funds are available.
Interested providers submit implementation concepts, which are reviewed based on an evaluation grid. Achieving the minimum score and ranking by the Vorarlberg Employment Pact are prerequisites for receiving a grant. Evaluation criteria particularly include content quality, cost-effectiveness, and ranking position. Required documents are specified according to the call guidelines in the IDEA database. Continuous submission of applications allows flexible use of the budget. This funding gives young people the opportunity to overcome psychological barriers and develop a future-oriented perspective in the labor market.
