Description
The ESF+ 21–27 Demography Consulting Digi Plus Program supports the nationwide establishment of targeted demographic consulting for companies and employees. With a grant volume of €17.6 million, measures are supported during the funding period from 02.01.2023 to 31.12.2027 that establish age- and health-appropriate work environments with a focus on digitalization. Eligible are companies of any legal form with economic activity in Austria whose workforce demonstrates a need for action due to demographic and digital change. Eligible expenses include, in particular, costs for demography consulting and digitalization consulting. The legal basis is the Federal Procurement Act in conjunction with the framework agreement for ESF+ projects.
The funding aims to create a holistic consulting concept that addresses the needs of older employees as well as those of skilled workers in the digital transition. The goal is the implementation of health-promoting strategies and the sustainable enhancement of employability in everyday working life. With a view to active and healthy aging, the retention of experienced employees in the workforce is extended, which simultaneously secures knowledge transfer and competitiveness. Applications can be submitted until 31.12.2027. This funding offer prepares companies for the challenges of demographic and technological change and contributes to strengthening future-oriented working conditions throughout Austria.
