Implementation of measures to expand qualifications and strengthen opportunities in the labor market through an employment project (socio-economic enterprise) in the field of electrical engineering and circular economy to create temporary employment opportunities for individuals distant from the labor market, as well as support in transitioning to regular employment through professional qualifications, socio-pedagogical support, and health services.

Description
Within the framework of Priority 7 of the ESF+ JTF 2021–2027, socio-economic enterprises in Carinthia, Lower Austria, Upper Austria, and Styria are supported. The objective is the qualification of persons distant from the labor market in the fields of electrical engineering and circular economy, the creation of temporary employment opportunities, as well as support for the transition into the primary labor market. The focus is on professional qualifications, socio-pedagogical support, and health services for long-term unemployed, unemployed, and job seekers. Applications can be submitted from 01.04.2024 until the funding volume is exhausted; project start is possible no earlier than this date. A prerequisite is proof of status as a socio-economic enterprise in the field of electrical engineering as well as compliance with ESF+/JTF conditions.
The funding is provided as a non-repayable grant to cover personnel expenses, material costs, and travel expenses. Non-eligible are real estate acquisitions, retroactive costs, and debt settlements. The award is based on the criteria of relevance to the target group, quality and practical applicability of the measure, cost-efficiency, as well as integration into regional networks. For the application, a project description, a financing plan, proof of ESF+/JTF conditions, and CVs of the project team must be submitted.
