Description
Within the framework of the ESF+ Just Transition Fund 2021–2027, the state of Carinthia supports consulting and qualification services aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, optimizing energy and resource use, and strengthening the circular economy. Eligible applicants include companies, non-profit organizations, interest groups and other associations, educational institutions, as well as private individuals with a registered office or workplace in one of Carinthia’s JTF regions (Völkermarkt, Wolfsberg, Feldkirchen, St. Veit, or Villach Land). Secondary schools and participants in labor market programs with primary residence in these areas are also eligible to apply. The objective is to shape structural change in a socially responsible manner in line with the Green Deal and to make a sustainable contribution to climate protection across Austria.
Eligible expenses include audit-relevant costs for personnel, material, and travel; costs related to the application process and invoices outside the funding period (01.02.2024–31.12.2027) are not reimbursable. Selection is based on the criteria of relevance to the JTF, cost appropriateness, as well as the quality and viability of the project concept. Applications must be submitted electronically via the Carinthian state website (www.ktn.gv.at/jtf) and are evaluated in thematic calls (at least three times per year). Required documents include information about the applicant, a project description with performance, cost, and financing plans, a timeline, proof of financial, administrative, and operational capacity, as well as the duly signed application. This call for proposals offers companies and organizations the opportunity to actively shape the ecological transformation process in Carinthia through expert consulting and tailored qualification.
