Description
The EU funding program “NDICI Support to Civil Society, Human Rights and Democracy in Palestine” aims to sustainably strengthen local civil society through targeted grants. With a budget for 2025 and 2026, the European Commission supports initiatives that protect human rights, expand democratic processes, and secure fundamental freedoms. The focus is on partnerships with civil society actors, non-governmental organizations, and human rights organizations that implement effective projects in various fields – from social inclusion and rural development to labor and social affairs. The measure contributes to promoting social cohesion and making local structures more resilient.
Eligible to apply are non-profit organizations, public institutions, and other entities established in Palestine that meet the EU selection and award criteria. Submission requires registration in PADOR and the presentation of a Concept Note according to Annex A.1. This is followed by the full application based on the templates Annex A.2 (Full Application), Annex B (Budget), Annex C (Logical Framework), Annex D (Identification Form), and Annex H (Declaration of Honour). Projects will be evaluated based on relevance to the target group, financial and organizational capacity, as well as sustainability and impact orientation. Applications can be submitted until 26 January 2026, 11:00 CET. This ensures a transparent selection process that enables the implementation of projects with high impact potential and advances the promotion of democracy and human rights in Palestine.
