Description
The financial support for small projects by the dragondreams Foundation is aimed at Berlin educational institutions, non-profit as well as public organizations active in the children and youth sector. Projects can be applied for at any time and receive grants to support material-related expenses and operational costs. The focus is on measures that promote education and social skills, enable cultural and creative leisure activities, and strengthen integration as well as tolerant coexistence of different cultures. Submissions are only possible through institutions or initiatives; individuals are excluded. Personnel and administrative costs are not funded in order to direct resources specifically towards the direct implementation of non-profit project ideas.
For the application, a fully completed funding application, a detailed project description, and a budget plan must be submitted. When selecting the projects to be funded, the experts of the dragondreams Foundation place particular emphasis on the sustainable benefit for children and young people in Berlin as well as on strengthening social cohesion.
