Description

The Funding Partnership of the "Academy for Seniors Heidelberg" Foundation offers individuals, companies, and non-profit organizations in Baden-Württemberg the opportunity to specifically strengthen educational and leisure programs for seniors. With a selectable annual contribution starting at €50, every cent flows 100% into the Academy’s budget to sustainably promote social participation, mental activity, and health prevention for older adults. The partnership support is aimed at private individuals, associations, foundations, interest groups, as well as companies interested in long-term collaboration. Thanks to the open application period, a funding partnership can be applied for at any time, provided a completed Funding Partnership Application Form, the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, and consent to the Privacy Policy are submitted.

The initiative’s goal is to continuously expand the educational offerings of the Academy for seniors in Heidelberg and the surrounding area, thereby giving new impetus to social cohesion and democratic participation. Funded projects include, for example, memory training, cultural excursions, exercise programs, and discussion groups aimed at promoting mental fitness, physical health, and social integration. Funding partners benefit from a transparent process, regular reports on the use of funds, and the opportunity to be named as supporters. Through this voluntary and flexible form of financing, every contribution level can help to precisely expand the Academy’s offerings and secure a vibrant space for education and social interaction for older people.
