Description

The Ludwig Bölkow Foundation continuously supports practice-oriented and scientific initiatives throughout Germany. With a grant of up to 500 euros, the foundation funds project proposals, bachelor’s and master’s theses, as well as research stays in the fields of energy efficiency, renewable energies, agriculture & rural development, mobility, environmental and nature conservation, and climate protection. Eligible applicants include educational institutions, non-profit organizations, and individuals such as students, researchers, and young professionals. Submissions must include a detailed project description, a curriculum vitae, and a cost or budget plan. Funding covers, among other things, travel expenses, materials and supplies, as well as printing costs for book publications. Selection is based on innovation content, sustainability aspects, and practical relevance, thereby enabling the strengthening of forward-looking ideas in science and practice.
