Funding Guideline Vocational Education – Apprenticeship Promotion

The state of Hesse grants subsidies for company-based training contracts with young people whose training was interrupted or made difficult (dropouts, released prisoners, long-term applicants, young people requiring language support). The subsidy corresponds to the contractual training remuneration for up to 6 months. Applications must be submitted to the Kassel Regional Council before the start of training.

Description

Fourth Statute Amending the Statute of the Nassau Savings Banks Special-Purpose Association dated August 1, 2010

In its meeting on “May 17, 2023,” the Administrative Board of the Nassau Savings Banks Special-Purpose Association resolved the following amendments to the statute pursuant to § 11 para. 2 of its statute and to make them publicly known:

1. Amendment of § 3


§ 3 paragraph 4 shall read as follows:


“(4) The Executive Board is authorized, on behalf of the representatives’ assembly of the special-purpose association members, to issue a certificate as proof of entitlement to claim on-site consulting by the consultants approved by the special-purpose association upon written application of a member municipality in need of consulting. The remuneration of the consultants shall be governed by § 45 of the Hessian Tariff Compliance Act (HessTtrG) in its respectively valid version.”

2. Inclusion of further resolutions in § 5


§ 5 paragraph 2 (“By resolution”) is supplemented by the following numbers:

  • Administrative notice M35/2018/XVI dated August 30, 2018

3. Entry into force


This Fourth Statute Amending the Statute of the Nassau Savings Banks Special-Purpose Association shall enter into force on July 1, 2023.
