Description
The Funding Guideline for Vocational Education – Projects in Vocational Education supports innovative training and continuing education projects in Hesse on behalf of the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Areas. Companies, non-profit organizations, public and private educational institutions, as well as start-ups, can submit grant applications to WIBank Hesse at any time throughout the year. The aim is to strengthen the qualification of skilled workers and to implement future-oriented, sustainable, and gender-sensitive educational measures. Funding is provided for personnel, material, travel, as well as training and consulting costs, while investments in infrastructure and ongoing operating expenses are excluded. The decision on approval is based on the degree of innovation, feasibility, sustainability aspects, and gender sensitivity of the project proposal.
The program targets sponsors and companies that wish to expand training and continuing education offerings for various target groups. A prerequisite for funding is a convincing project concept with a registered office or project location in Hesse, as well as proof of the professional suitability of the project management. For the application, in addition to the detailed project concept, a structured financing plan, CVs of the project management, and later a report on the use of funds are required. The continuous funding opportunity allows projects to be planned flexibly and implemented immediately. Experts from the WIBank Customer Center assist interested parties with technical questions and support the preparation of application documents. With this funding guideline, Hesse makes an important contribution to strengthening vocational education and promoting innovation in the regional economy.
