Description

The funding guideline Vocational Education – Economy Integrated offers excellent support for projects in Hesse aimed at successfully integrating individuals interested in training with special language support needs into company-based training processes. Within the framework of the grant procedure, educational institutions, public bodies, and other organizations active in the field of vocational education can apply for funding. The state of Hesse places particular emphasis on a comprehensive concept that systematically links measures and covers the entire training process from career orientation through entry qualification to accompanying training. The guideline is based on well-founded criteria and measures that ensure effective support for individuals with increased language support needs. Both personnel expenses and material costs are financially covered by a grant of up to 90 percent of the eligible expenses.

The funding program is characterized by its structured project support, which enables the targeted implementation of various phases of vocational education. In the career orientation phase, measures are implemented that provide for practical trials in at least three occupational fields, integrating accompanying language support and socio-pedagogical assistance. This is followed by the entry qualification, which extends the company-based entry qualification according to applicable legal requirements, as well as training support, which assists during training under the Vocational Training Act (BBiG) or the Crafts Code (HwO). This modular structure ensures seamless transitions and participation opportunities throughout Hesse, with all measures coordinated simultaneously.

Applications must be submitted before the start of training and require a carefully prepared application document that includes, in addition to a detailed concept, a financing plan. Project coordination is the responsibility of a grant recipient based in Hesse, who, in cooperation with other partners, ensures the quality and sustainable impact of the measures. This funding is particularly relevant for individuals who wish to realize their potential through a solid vocational training and rely on intensive linguistic and pedagogical support. Thus, the funding program makes a significant contribution to improving training quality and strengthening Hesse as a business location.
