Eligible applicants include private individuals, companies, non-profit organizations, and public institutions that have obtained approval from the Federal Monuments Office prior to the commencement of work. Continuous submissions are possible, ensuring flexible project planning.

Eligible costs include substance-preserving expenses for monument-relevant trades with a funding rate of 15% to 30%. Applications must include a brief description of the planned architectural measures along with the implementation period, detailed cost estimates for each measure, and the statement from the Federal Monuments Office. Following a positive funding commitment, payment is generally made after completion of the work and submission of all invoices.
