Funding of the Bernd Faßbender Foundation

The Bernd Faßbender Foundation supports non-profit organizations nationwide that are active in diverse fields such as education, development cooperation, culture, vocational training, as well as agriculture and rural development. The foundation is guided by Christian values and places the principle of charity at the center of its actions. Through the provision of ongoing grants, it supports initiatives that particularly care for disadvantaged groups and people in need. Projects focusing on aspects such as child and youth welfare, artistic promotion, rescue from life-threatening situations, or the idea of international understanding benefit from this funding, which is based on solidarity and social responsibility.

Eligible for funding are exclusively non-profit organizations that implement the Christian ethos and the values of charity within their projects. The funding priorities include, alongside development cooperation and aid, educational and training initiatives, cultural projects, as well as support measures for people in acute emergency situations.
