Description
The Betti Mederer Foundation supports non-profit organizations, foundations, and public institutions in Bavaria that belong to the Evangelical Alliance Nuremberg e.V., the German Evangelical Alliance e.V., or their affiliated congregations and ministries. The aim is to promote religious and charitable projects in the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Both revenue grants and loans (interest-bearing or interest-free) as well as financial resources for staff training measures are utilized. Additionally, diaconal-charitable activities that selflessly support people in precarious life situations are promoted. Another focus is the dissemination of the Gospel through all types of media – from printed materials to radio and television to online platforms.
Funding applications can be submitted at any time and are exclusively directed at tax-privileged corporations within the Evangelical Alliance. In particular, grants from foundation income, loans, training, media projects, as well as all diaconal-charitable initiatives are funded. Application requires membership in the Evangelical Alliance Nuremberg e.V., the German Evangelical Alliance e.V., or their affiliated institutions. In this way, the foundation ensures a sustainable impact in the social and ecclesiastical context. Interested institutions are invited to submit their projects in proper form and within deadlines to enable targeted support within the scope of funding.
