Support of the Citizens' Foundation of the Kreissparkasse Stade

The funding from the Bürger-Stiftung of the Kreissparkasse Stade is aimed at non-profit associations, organizations, and public institutions in the Stade district that wish to implement initiatives in the areas of social affairs, culture, environmental and nature conservation, children and youth, sports, education, energy efficiency, and climate protection. Annual grants are awarded from the foundation’s capital income to support projects that enrich and sustainably promote the social, cultural, and economic life in the region. With the opportunity for continuous funding, project sponsors gain a reliable partner for the implementation of forward-looking initiatives in the rural areas of Lower Saxony.

Applications can be submitted digitally at any time and must include a meaningful project description as well as a detailed cost and financing plan. A prerequisite for a successful application is that the project location is within the Stade district. The decision on the award is made by the respective advisory board in the affected collective municipality or Hanseatic city. This decentralized structure ensures that local needs are taken into account and that funds are targeted specifically for non-profit purposes on site. The Bürger-Stiftung invites interested parties to develop innovative and community-oriented projects to jointly contribute to strengthening the region and sustainably improving the quality of life for its citizens.
