Funding of the Cross-Over Team Foundation (Support for the Talented Youth)

The Cross-Over Team Foundation supports creatively engaged young people in the Miesbach district and Munich through project-based grants that equally promote artistic, social, and technical talents. The goal is to comprehensively strengthen individual talent development while integrating both state-of-the-art audiovisual media and traditional methods. Through continuously open funding opportunities, participants have the chance to further develop their social skills, technical abilities, and artistic expression in self-directed projects. Since its founding in 2003, the foundation has enabled hundreds of youth projects annually to access resources, expertise, and networks to transform creative ideas into achievable results, thereby anchoring the core concept of "Cross-Over" – transcending social and cultural boundaries – in practical action.

Eligible to apply are all private individuals residing in the Miesbach district or Munich who can demonstrate a project in one of the funding areas. Required documents include a detailed project description, a cover letter or application letter, and a curriculum vitae. Applications can be submitted at any time, as the fund continuously provides resources. The foundation invites interested parties to submit innovative concepts and benefit from the extensive experience of a state-recognized independent youth welfare organization. The grants provided contribute to comprehensively supporting the next generation of creative, socially, and technically skilled creators and sustainably unfolding their potential.
