Support for the CVJM Youth Foundation Rhein-Lahn

Since 2002, the CVJM Youth Foundation Rhein-Lahn has been supporting Christian youth work in the area of the CVJM District Association Rhein-Lahn e. V. As a non-profit foundation based in Bad Ems, it promotes projects and recreational activities for children and young people, grants subsidies to recreational facilities, and subsidizes personnel costs for staff in youth work. A special focus is placed on including socially disadvantaged participants in the offerings through participation cost subsidies. The foundation operates as a public-law institution and continuously expands its capital base to provide reliable funding in the long term.

Eligible for funding are sponsors and institutions of Christian youth work based in the area of the CVJM District Association Rhein-Lahn e. V., who are engaged in related fields such as child and youth social work. Eligible expenses include costs for project and recreational activities, subsidies to recreational facilities, participation cost subsidies, as well as personnel costs in youth work. Applications can be submitted at any time, as ongoing funding is intended. The decision-making authority lies with the foundation board, whose members consist of the executive board of the district association and other appointed persons. Through this structure, the CVJM Youth Foundation Rhein-Lahn ensures a knowledgeable and timely review of funding requests.
