Support for the Don Bosco Foundation

The Don Bosco Foundation supports Salesian institutions and projects nationwide to assist children and young people in need both domestically and abroad. Eligible applicants include private individuals, companies, foundations, and non-profit organizations that wish to engage specifically in the areas of children and youth, social affairs, education, development cooperation, labor & social issues, vocational training, as well as agriculture & rural development. The foundation offers continuous sponsorship opportunities: supporters can select projects according to their individual interests and, upon request, gain insights into the daily lives of the young people being cared for. These on-site visits create transparency and enhance understanding of the challenges and successes of the Salesians in their educational and pastoral missions.

With the goal of providing concrete assistance to disadvantaged young people, the Don Bosco Foundation focuses on long-term partnerships. Applications can be submitted at any time, allowing for flexible responses to current needs. The funding initiative is specifically aimed at children and young people in difficult life situations who are cared for in the institutions of the Salesians of Don Bosco.
