Funding of the Droste-Haus Foundation

The Droste-Haus Foundation supports non-profit initiatives in North Rhine-Westphalia with the aim of securing the sustainable work of the Youth Exchange Organization in the Gütersloh district. Since its founding in 2002, it has supported youth welfare as well as educational and upbringing projects to enable international exchange work as well as family, children’s, and youth education. As a continuously open grant opportunity, the funding offer is aimed at non-profit organizations, interest groups, or associations engaged in the fields of social affairs, education, vocational training, and work & social services. The foundation provides funds to finance exchange programs, learning initiatives, and integrative projects on a long-term and independent basis.

Particularly supported are projects of the Youth Exchange Organization in the Gütersloh district that promote international dialogue or offer family- and child-oriented educational formats. Applicant organizations may apply for financial support in the form of a grant at any time. A special focus is placed on enabling cross-border encounters and promoting participation as well as social integration of young people. By providing funds, the Droste-Haus Foundation contributes to realizing forward-looking educational and upbringing concepts and sustainably strengthening the youth work network in the region.
