Description

The Globus Foundation supports nonprofit, public, and educational organizations nationwide with grants for the implementation of innovative projects based on the principle of "help for self-help." The focus is on children and young people in difficult life situations, aiming to facilitate their entry into professional life, as well as on international initiatives to improve medical care and training opportunities for disadvantaged youth. Ongoing funding opportunities allow for flexible application submissions at any time. Projects may have a duration of up to 36 months and are characterized by sustainability, model character, and societal impact.

Eligible for funding are organizations recognized as nonprofit that operate in accordance with their statutes and comply with all legal requirements. Decisive for the grant are the degree of innovation, transferability to other regions or organizations, the credibility of the applicant, and a coherent financing concept. To submit an application, a brief concept and a cost and financing plan in PDF format must be provided. A detailed funding guideline informs about the formal requirements and evaluation criteria. Since there is no application deadline, the online form can be used at any time to present the project idea to the Globus Foundation and apply for funding.
