Description
The Heidehof Foundation supports innovative projects nationwide in the fields of education, health, environmental/nature conservation, social affairs, as well as vocational training and further education. With a broad funding spectrum, it particularly promotes initiatives that set impulses in reform pedagogy, school development, and aesthetic education, as well as projects that advance inclusion and integration of people with disabilities. Measures in the area of nature and resource conservation and environmental education are also supported, as well as innovative concepts in outpatient psychiatry and social projects, including outpatient services and elderly care. The foundation offers a grant that can only be applied for via an online application form.
The funding is aimed at non-profit organizations and public institutions that implement institutionally supported projects. It should be noted that all applications must be submitted at least two months before the planned project start. Eligible costs include both personnel and material expenses, while expenditures for basic research without application relevance, projects exclusively within the responsibility of public authorities, grants to individuals, and scholarships are not eligible. As part of the application process, in addition to the completed application form, the approval conditions, a detailed cost and financing plan, a precise project description, and, if applicable, a tax exemption certificate must be submitted.
