Description
The funding program Promotion of Integrated Rural Development (ILERL M-V) is aimed at companies, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), partnerships, as well as public institutions in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It supports both investment and non-investment measures in the areas of infrastructure, agriculture & rural development, regional promotion, as well as urban development & urban renewal. The grant promotes complementary projects such as village renewal, land consolidation, the creation of local basic services, and small-scale tourist infrastructure. The focus is on building sustainable living and working environments that meet the specific needs of rural communities and actively shape demographic change.
Eligible applicants are natural and legal persons under private and public law (excluding federal and state governments), provided that the investment measure amounts to at least EUR 5,000 and is carried out in locations with up to 10,000 inhabitants. The project must be part of a recognized integrated development concept or local development planning. Construction measures require a usage entitlement for the duration of the binding period. To apply, the following must be submitted: funding application, the attachments to the funding application (FNO, INF, DE, DEÖT, BAS, TOUR, MWST, STB, KOFI, BEI, VERG), instructions on awarding contracts, project selection criteria, as well as the proof of use. Applications can be submitted annually by August 31 to the respective competent authority.
