Description
The K&K Bodensee Foundation continuously supports non-profit art and cultural projects in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Austria, and Switzerland, with a focus on the Lake Constance region. As a trust foundation with a minimum capital of €75,000, it manages endowments whose proceeds enable funding for cultural initiatives. Support is primarily provided to non-profit associations, projects, and interest groups that organize exhibitions, music events, film series, or media projects. Each endowment is permanently added to the foundation’s capital and continuously “works” towards the foundation’s purpose. From a contribution of €500, a named acknowledgment is made in the endowers’ gallery; from €5,000, endowers may also freely choose a supported organization or establish their own foundation fund.
Non-profit organizations in the cultural sector based in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland may submit grant applications at any time. Applications are informal and not subject to fixed deadlines: funding amounts are granted from the interest income of the principal capital to support the realization of creative projects. Endowments are automatically considered grant applications and are tax-deductible. For donations up to €300, the payment receipt suffices as proof; for larger amounts, the foundation issues a certificate. Additionally, the Bodensee Foundation offers an attractive support option without extra costs for purchasers via partner platforms such as Gooding.de. Thus, the K&K Bodensee Foundation provides a flexible and reliable source of funding to sustainably strengthen art and culture and promote cultural exchange in the Lake Constance region.
