Funding by the Michael and Waltraud Fuchs Foundation

The Michael and Waltraud Fuchs Foundation continuously supports charitable projects in the Neumarkt region of the Upper Palatinate. The focus is on initiatives in the fields of education and upbringing, art and culture, as well as nature and environmental protection. Projects related to youth and elderly care, as well as welfare and healthcare, are also funded. Support is provided in the form of grants to be effective where state and societal assistance reach their limits. This commitment contributes to the sustainable strengthening of local structures and enables charitable associations and interest groups to implement innovative concepts that generate long-term social value.

Eligible for funding are organizations, associations, and initiatives based in the region whose projects align with the Foundation’s objectives. Requirements include having a registered office in Neumarkt and a focus on education, culture, environmental/nature protection, youth or elderly care, as well as social and health care. Selection is based on alignment with the Foundation’s goals, the charitable impact, and the sustainability of the project. Applications can be submitted continuously, allowing for flexible planning and implementation of funded projects. Through the straightforward process and ongoing grant practice, the Foundation creates sustainable opportunities for local cohesion and the promotion of pioneering activities.
