Funding of the Milestone Foundation

The Milestone Foundation sets national accents by continuously granting funding to non-profit associations, interest groups, and public institutions in Germany for projects across diverse thematic areas. The focus is on initiatives for child and youth welfare, senior citizen support, nature and species conservation, cultural offerings, sports projects, as well as inclusion and local democratic engagement. Furthermore, it promotes international development cooperation and provides rapid emergency aid in disaster situations. The unlimited application possibility ensures that ideas related to energy efficiency, climate protection, rural development, and social cohesion can be realized at any time. Through this, the foundation contributes to setting diverse milestones for a livable future and sustainably strengthening community togetherness.

Only organizations with registered non-profit status whose projects directly align with the foundation’s objectives are eligible for funding. To apply, proof of non-profit status and a project description demonstrating content alignment with the funding priorities are required. The uncomplicated procedure and open deadline structure also enable smaller initiatives to receive financial support at short notice. The Milestone Foundation invites all eligible associations and institutions to engage in an inclusive and sustainable funding environment and jointly set social, ecological, and cultural impulses.
