Funding of the Educational Universities in Upper Austria

The funding initiative continuously supports projects of pedagogical universities in Upper Austria that serve the interests of the federal state. As a grant measure, it is aimed at educational institutions and public organizations in the field of initial and continuing education. Applications can be submitted at any time, providing applicants with maximum flexibility in submission. Funded are concepts that contribute to the further development of teaching, research, and practical projects at the pedagogical universities and simultaneously generate a clear benefit for the regional education system. With this funding, the state of Upper Austria contributes to strengthening pedagogical quality development and sustainable networking with regional partners.

For a successful application, a written request is required that meets all the conditions defined in the "General Funding Guidelines of the State of Upper Austria." In addition to the formal application letter, eligible applicants must ensure that the projects are financially secured as well as economically and efficiently planned. Submission of invoices and payment confirmations may be requested during the processing. Applications are not subject to any exclusion deadline and have been accepted since June 20, 2013. Due to the continuous availability of funds, there is no need for a fixed application period. This transparent and low-threshold funding is specifically aimed at pedagogical universities that implement innovative educational projects and thereby make a significant contribution to the further development of the educational landscape in Upper Austria.
