Funding of the Renate and Roland Gruber Foundation

The Renate and Roland Gruber Foundation continuously provides nationwide grants for charitable and benevolent projects that focus on needy children, elderly people requiring care, and historically valuable architectural monuments. Eligible for funding are non-profit organizations, private individuals, as well as public institutions wishing to implement social, cultural, or urban development projects. The core of the funding is measures aimed at improving the living conditions of vulnerable children and elderly people, as well as the restoration of monuments in need of repair that have been officially recognized as worthy of preservation by the competent authority. Applications can be submitted at any time, allowing initiatives and sponsors to respond flexibly to urgent needs.

With the goal of permanently preserving social and societal values, the foundation supports projects in the areas of social affairs, children and youth, work & social services, as well as infrastructure & urban development. Particular emphasis is placed on sustainable impact: children and youth projects are intended to increase development opportunities in the long term, services for the elderly aim to promote care and social participation, and monument preservation measures protect historical building fabric. Funding is provided as a grant that contributes to the financing of construction, restoration, or care measures. Through this, the Renate and Roland Gruber Foundation sends a strong signal for solidarity and cultural heritage throughout Germany and invites all eligible initiators to submit their project ideas for review at any time.
