Funding of the Foundation of the Stadtsparkasse Remscheid

The Foundation of the Stadtsparkasse Remscheid continuously supports charitable projects in North Rhine-Westphalia with a special focus on the Remscheid region. Grants are provided to initiatives in the areas of social affairs, culture, regional development, labor & social issues, as well as agriculture & rural development. The goal is to strengthen and sustainably shape the social and cultural coexistence as well as the local economic structure in the long term. Eligible for funding are all non-profit organizations and public institutions based or operating in Remscheid that can provide official proof of non-profit status. Applications can be submitted at any time—without fixed deadlines—allowing for flexible project planning. Applicants should clearly demonstrate how the grant will generate concrete added value in the social, cultural, or economic environment. A transparent project description and cost plan increase the chances of success. The foundation accompanies the funded projects as a partner, thereby making an important contribution to the common good in Remscheid and its surroundings.
