Funding of the mission:menschlich Foundation

The funding provided by the mission:human foundation is aimed at non-profit organizations, public institutions, interest groups, and associations in the Bremen area that are committed to children and youth. Continuous grants support projects in the areas of health, education, personal development, as well as social participation and integration. Priority is given to initiatives that have a preventive effect and enable positive developments in challenging life situations. Outpatient care and palliative services, homeless assistance programs, hospices, and counseling are also a focus, in order to strengthen holistic social cohesion. The foundation acts as a catalyst and networking hub by pooling financial resources and initiating cooperation between civil society actors, professionals, and supporters.

The goal of the funding is to provide children and youth, with and without disabilities, the best conditions for healthy personal development and active participation. In particular, measures that expand educational access, strengthen health competencies, and promote social integration are supported. Projects can be applied for at any time, allowing initiators to respond flexibly to needs in the region. Through this open application period, the mission:human foundation enables both rapid assistance and long-term projects. In this way, sustainable structures are created in which young people can develop their potential and participate confidently in social life.
