Promotion of tourism advertising and other measures serving tourism

The funding initiative of the State of Tyrol aims to strengthen and further develop supra-regional tourism measures. Supported projects include those of tourism associations, event tourism initiatives, major events, as well as the expansion of umbrella marketing organizations. Leader and Interreg co-financing are also supported with a direct grant. Through this targeted support, the competitiveness and attractiveness of the Tyrolean tourism region are to be secured in the long term and innovative marketing impulses set.

Eligible for funding are companies, interest groups, other associations, private individuals, as well as non-profit organizations that, according to their statutes or on a project basis, engage in tourism-promoting activities in Tyrol. Applications can be submitted at any time, as there is no deadline. To apply, a project description, a cost estimate, and a financing overview must be submitted. After a positive funding commitment, payment is made only upon submission of the required proof of use. Thus, the funding is aimed at all actors who wish to implement sustainable, regionally significant tourism concepts and contribute to strengthening Tyrolean tourism.
