Funding of the Trust Foundation "Music for Life"

The trust foundation "Music for Life" in Bavaria is aimed at non-profit organizations and educational institutions dedicated to the creative support of socially or otherwise disadvantaged children and youth in Munich and the surrounding area. With a continuously open funding procedure, the foundation provides grants for projects in the fields of music and art to enable young people access to cultural participation. Eligible for funding are projects that sustainably strengthen their participants in self-confidence, quality of life, and social skills through musical and artistic activities. The foundation sees itself as a reliable partner, operating under the umbrella of a community foundation and strategically supported by a voluntary advisory board.

Funding is provided for objectives that develop innovative offerings for children and youth, linking cultural education with pedagogical and social aspects. A prerequisite for a successful application is a project location in Munich or the adjacent region, a clear objective in accordance with the statutes, as well as the submission of the fully completed application form and the statutes of the applying organization. The provision of statutes and a project description ensures transparency and planning security. The foundation accepts funding applications at any time and aims for uncomplicated processing to achieve impact as quickly as possible and to offer young people new impulses in the cultural environment.
